hCG Diet Protocol

The hCG diet is a medically supervised weight loss program that consists of daily use of hCG and a very low calorie diet.

The powerful effect of this medication allows abnormal fat stores to be released and burned as fuel. Because of the incredible amount of energy contained in abnormal fat stores, patients are able to follow this seemingly impossible diet with little or no irritability, fatigue, anxiety, or cravings. The small amounts of hCG are safe with little side effects.

You will be amazed as you watch the pounds and inches melt from your belly, hips, buttocks, back, and arms.  You could lose 20-30 pounds in 30 days!

First a little background.

This rapid weight loss diet is not a new fad. It was first developed by Dr. ATW Simeons after many years of working with overweight and obese patients in the 1960’s and 70’s at his Rome Italy clinic.

So how does it work?

The hCG diet works under the observation that there are three types of fat in the human body.

Structural fat is essential in the human body. This is the fat tissue that pad the bottom of our feet. It cushions vital internal organs and helps keep your face and skin looking bright and smooth – just to name a few examples. The hCG diet does not affect structural fat.

Normal fat reserves are created after plentiful eating. The human body has evolved from a feast and famine environment. Our bodies have developed ways to sustain us during times of low food by way of normal fat reserves. In a healthy body normal fat reserves are always in flux. Fat is used to supply calories throughout the day and night, and fat is replenished for the next time the energy is needed.  This type of fat reserve is not only normal, but healthy.

Abnormal fat reserve is the fat tissue that is stubborn and is often the most difficult to lose. The most common reason the body locks this fat away is because the normal fat stores are at capacity. Malfunction of fat distribution by the internal regulatory systems in the body may also be to blame.  There can be many reasons for the development of abnormal fat so it is important to consult a qualified physician before starting a weight loss program.
